India’s Youthspeak Video! #WErALLbananas

India, one of your Youth Advisory Panel members, has been filmed for a short video about OCD.

It’s a really truthful and heartfelt account of her experiences, so a big pat of the back goes out to India.

The aim of the project is to encourage people to talk about mental health share good advice for promoting mental wellbeing.
