Topic Title: Going to try to sleep in my own room without lightd…

I’m 14 and just learned to sleep alone this summer, which ik sounds strange. I have to have
A. My dog
B. My lights
However…..2nite I’m planning on sleeping with them out for the first time. The reason I’m posting this is bcz it makes me more likely to go thru with it. So ya…..gonna try. Notmuch, but small steps I guess???

I can’t sleep without my dog, but why wouldn’t I? Dogs like it and studies show it has a benifical effect on people who find it difficult to sleep.
