Good day everyone. I’ll keep my post short. The last few weeks, my brain has been reacting to the thoughts very passively, and it worries me. (Tho the number of compulsions I do to minimize the thoughts increased. So, is it normal for my brain, to not to be scared anymore? It’s like it knows that it’s only Pocd.

Hi thereallysadone
If you've increased the number of compulsions you're doing (say, like avoidance) then it makes sense that the number of thoughts you're getting may reduce. When you do get the thoughts, it's possible that your OCD is powering your concern about not getting the reactions you would expect.. This is an example of the way OCD can morph to cause as much distress as it can, and is pretty common.
I see from other posts by you that you were due to see a psychologist in May. Did this happen and have they established a treatment plan for you yet?
Nick
