Hi, I’m in really intensive OCD treatment at the moment and I’m nearing the end of it and I should be getting better by now, but I feel like everything is getting worse. When it started I did the same 9 or 10 rituals to get rid of the same thoughts, but now the thoughts and compulsions are just sprawling and all over the place and I’m really worried that I have just sort of given up or that these aren’t really OCD compulsions, but I’ve just been quite bad for a really long time and I don’t know how to survive outside of it, so I’m making up things to get myself more attention and stuff. So yeah. The worst thing is that I’m just never sure if it is real, or if it’s just my head.

Hello,
I think you have OCD; One of the signs of OCD is having ideas you can't get rid of.
I will give you some tips on this disease. I hope it will be useful.
1-This disease is due to fear so don't try to run away from it and have the courage to face it.
2-The best way to get treatment is seeing a professional that specializes in OCD.
3-Talk to those you believe in and ask for their thoughts on your mind to believe that these thoughts are not real.
4-the thoughts you mentioned و All human beings have, but only the OCD people can hear them clearly.
5-Try to implement mindfulness techniques
6-Choose an activity that makes your life successful because self-confidence helps a lot to cure this disease.
