Ok so this is going to sound weird but here goes!
I have recently been able to tackle any intrusive thoughts and even false memories (which are very tricky) but when I finally think, yes, I can finally relax. My mind just says: “Well what if you are forgetting about an intrusive thought or owrry. What if there is something you are forgetting or haven’t addressed?”
I find this difficult because obviously it is much easier to fight the OCD when you know what it is. I feel like this is a last shot of scaring me but it is working. Anyway, does anyone have any advice?

I'm sorry to hear you've been having this new intrusive thought when you'd done so well recovering from your initial thoughts. As with any type of intrusive thought, the recommended treatment is to leave the thoughts alone and let the anxiety pass naturally. This is called Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), have you tried it?
In CBT you'd usually start by identifying the ways in which you react to your thoughts and then you put a stop to those behaviours. So when you have these thoughts, what do you do? Do you start looking for things you might need to worry about or ask for reassurance or tell yourself repeatedly that you haven't missed anything? Those would be compulsions and they'd be what you'd be asked to stop as part of CBT.
