Getting Help – BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies) and Counselling Directory

Ok, so you are perhaps thinking of getting some help. Now the first point of call should be your GP, this is because they can refer you to the relevant mental health services. Here are two alternatives that you may prefer, these are private so the cost may vary and there is always the NHS route.

The first place where you can find help is by looking in the ‘CBT Register’ for a CBT therapist in your local area who can help.
