Twice, i was half asleep and masturbated to the idea of being rap**d by my brother. Help. I would never ever want that to happen. The discomfort and disgust and hate of it was whar made me do it. I was guilty when i woke up. I know i couldnt really help it as i was half asleep.
But a year ago, when i was like 13 or something, i had those thoughts while awake and masturbated. I purposely brought up those thoughts in my head. they were anxiert thoughts, because like i said the anxiety caused the fake arousal.
But i imagined myself having to marry my brother after learning ppl did that in old times and googled marriage rituals there (non sexual) and imagined it. Help. I stopped because i realized hey this isnt good and stuff and i shouldn’t thi

Hi elaasin,
Thanks for taking time to post on the forum and I'm sorry to hear you're having such a tough time of it. Some people's OCD take the form of intrusive sexual thoughts and they "test" themselves by engaging in acts to gauge their reaction. This is very common and a normal part of OCD, but obviously it can be distressing after the fact if the result wasn't what the suffer wanted (and given the way OCD works, it rarely will be).
The good news is that this, like all forms of OCD, is treatable. Medication is available, as is a talking therapy called Cognative Behavioral Therapy (CBT). You can read more about these treatments on our sister organisation's website:
https://www.ocdaction.org.uk/support-info/treatments
The first step in getting treatment is to go and see your GP. You can either do this on your own, or with your parents, but given that you are under 16 the GP may involve your parents if they deem it necessary. You shouldn't be embarrassed about seeking help, or about talking about what your OCD makes you think or do. OCD is never someone's fault and the thoughts powered by it mean nothing about the person with OCD.
You might like to read a couple of our blog posts, which talk more about seeking treatment:
